THOUGHTFUL BY DESIGN
Useful conversations start with clear boundaries.
Your business stays in charge.
Services, pricing and policies come from the information you approve. Missing details stay open questions.
Preferred times are clearly marked as requests. Live appointments need a verified calendar and accepted booking.
Prepare a clear path for urgent situations, unusual questions and callers who need your team.
A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS
Explore a clearly labeled example conversation, then build a preview with your business name, services and preferences. Your studio includes a tailored greeting, guided scenarios and a setup checklist. Live voice requires a separate connection; the guided preview does not place calls or book appointments.
The intended setup can use forwarding from your business line, including overflow or after-hours routing. Your phone provider and routing need to be checked during activation. Nothing changes on your existing number when you build a preview.
Live booking must use your connected calendar and pass conflict checks before activation. In the preview, Alex collects preferred times as requests. It never treats a requested time as a confirmed appointment.
Yes. You provide your services, hours, tone, FAQs and rules, then review the resulting profile. Missing information stays unknown. Prices, availability and policies should be explicitly approved by your business.
Your approved handoff rules determine the next step. Alex can gather the context for your team, while urgent or complex situations need a verified escalation path. A callback request is not a promise that someone is already responding.
The builder keeps a draft in this browser tab. Saving to your account requires sign-in and a successful save confirmation; that profile remains until you remove it in the studio. Clearing a tab draft does not remove the saved profile. Use business information, not customer details or access codes. If live voice is connected later, your approved profile and microphone audio go to Retell only after you agree to the demo disclosure.
The preview builder does not start a subscription or buy a phone number. Your service plan, calling usage, connected tools and any additional fees must be agreed before activation. No pricing or unlimited usage is implied by this preview.
